So many new members (an observation)

im not dissing anyone here.

ive been away for like 2 days, i log back on and all i see is posts from new members!!! has there been a big influx or something recently. Scrolling through the posts, i find i hardly know anyone in the conversation....anyway this is just an observation, its good to see ILLMUZIK expanding, and a testament to the old posters/members/experienced producers, that have made this site what it is.....New members, i hope to "meet" you all soon....

yeah. everytime i log in(which is multiple times a day) i see a different name in the "our newest member" space its crazy. seems as if we're the next hottest thing.

All the better you know, newbies are welcome and oldies are encouraged to stay, this is the all important formula necessary for making this site grow. I, personally enjoy the newbie's, asking me questions and such - gives me sommin to do besides produce, and the extra attention makes you feel important, kinda like a celeb.

That's Funny @ Krzy, I'll ask you a question though, to make you feel like a celeb.
When you get producers block (not feeling creative) is there any, or a number of methods that you use to get you back into the soirit of making music?

Well Kev....thnks the honor is 'preciated, well what I usualy do when i get the rare producer's block. I clean, and do maintenance on my equipment, like unscrewing the computer, monitor and dusting it out, this gives me time away from my ladies you know, and i purposely dont put them back together for a couple days, this allows my mind and ears to rest--- When i finally do I usually go back way back to my old school materials and just meditate on them on how far my journey has taken me, this reminds me that music chose me, not the other way around, and it is this thought that keeps me motivated and energized 150% in every track that I build............

yeah, i been here almost a year.........lol..... i'm a mod now! yeah, there has been a recent influx of new members, the way it happened in the summer when you came hoppa.... thats when deuce came in, freak, and beserk followed suit soon after.... this looks similar to that.

Yeah I have to agree with the old guy Afrique......this site is unique because of all of the knowledge and quick answers you can get....it's sort of like free advice on production...and you can actually find yourself stepping up your game if you use the advice.
