[Flintoast]

That sounds really nice. Solid idea.
Kick sounds good, snare punches nicely, hi hats and percussion are cool.
Now the 808 feels like it doesn't fit here, as the beat is kinda slow tempo and the 808s are short and coming at you pretty fast. Another thing is that it feels like the sort of keys sample/sound that loops throughout the song is taking up most of the space, clashing with the 808 on the lower end.

The thing I feel the most is that it lacks progression and variation. My take is that the beat shouldn't need lyrics to give it a context and anything interesting, that's why I advise to kinda break the loop on purpose and try incorporate new elements or give the ones you already have a twist - make the beat tell a story as well.

This stays interesting and the changeups work. I would consider for every melody, adding a counter melody, and pan it to the opposite side so they bounce off of each other, adds another layer of complexity that makes things a little bit more interesting with more texture as the focus is drawn between the left and right channels

Man your mixes and master is very nice, did you do it yourself? Do you provide mix and master services by any chance? Me personally like to hear that punch on the kick, but then this matter is very subjective
And how do you find the speech sample to go over with? It's nicely done, remind me of Pete Rock beats, he always have some on top his beats.
