I love the buildup on this. I know the beginning of the melody seems off bea/not quantized. I didn’t know if that’s the vibe you were going for

@MehtaWorldPeace nice chilled beat, I like the reversed sample. My only criticism is I think the bass has a bit of a high frequency buzz about it, it stands out when the beat drops out

with my track I have a mix of quantized and unquantized. If it wasnt too off and gave a looser feel I went for it unquanitized. If it was too off I just quantized it. I just didnt want it too robotic.

This is a great simple beat, has good bounce, only touch of critiscism is that the bass hits quite heavy and muddys the mix a bit and drowns it the other elements of the track

New one, it's a bit different from my usual hip hop style but something I could hear the weeknd on this. It's not mixed or mastered but happy with the outcome
