Setup Question ?

Will this audio interface ( http://www.sweetwater.com/store/detail/Aark24/ ) link all of the listed equipment together?

Akai MPD16
M-Audio Radium49
Microphone
Mixer
Turntable




I am planning on using Reason and tracking in Pro tools and Cubase. Do you recomend an audio/midi interface other than this one?

Suggestion check out the Aardvark Q10 which has the built-in preamps on each channel, then you can plug in directly your turntable, microphone, and M-Audio Radium 49 keyboard straight into the soundcard.

The Akai MPD16 can also be plugged directly into your PC USB port and not have to worry about using up a midi interface. Then you really don't need a mixer with the Q10 it has an internal mixer interface which you can control on your PC. For only a few extra bucks I would get the Q10 but yeah the Aark24 should work out nicely too with the same similar setup I mentioned above. Not sure if you would be able to plug that mic directly into the Aard24 you may then need the mixer.
