I'm new to ill and new to music communities on the net. Been into turntables for a while but trying to branch out into beat making, limited amount of producing. Hoping to get some feedback on music I've been working on, scratch technique but also production quality. Also hoping to collaborate with some new people. I'm always open to feedback and don't mind listening to other people's music and giving feedback where I can. Thanks to everybody for having this site and sharing your expertise.

Thanks for the warm welcome and definitely glad to see this is an active community. I checked out the websites on most of your profiles, really impressive stuff. Everybody's beats are on time and that Gotta Get My Money track Sanova did is seriously dope. Not sure how to post URLs yet but my site is listed in my profile if anybody wants to check out some of my stuff. Looking forward to learning a lot here

Maybe you can teach me a thing or 2 about scratching. I don't have a set of decks, but I've got an ION iCue and Virtual DJ.

I've only ever scratched on regular turntables, just picked up SSL about a year ago. I wouldn't mind trying to answer questions though. I actually worked on and off on a book but being a big a task though about starting it out as a blog. Let me know what your questions are or if you're just starting out with scratching I can give you some basics.

I checked out your beat before and was definitely into it. If you just want somebody to scratch on a beat for you let me know.
