becuz your unoriginal if you do that....you shuld find your own samples

your also "unoriginal" when you sample if we want to get down to it, right? i'm not dissing sampling, i am simply making a point.

there are so many samples that have been used multiple times. for some, it serves as a starting point in sampling. that doesnt make them "herbs". it helps some people learn artists they have never heard maybe, or maybe they will flip it in a completly different way..... you dont know what they will do with those songs.

you have cd's of every sample kanye west has used, right? for what reason? just to have them? you have all of pete rocks as well, dont you? or something like that? why are you bothering with everyone elses collection? for what? get your own. in fact, why dont you just make your own music from scratch? your sampling someone else work, that means that your piece isnt original because it took someone elses work to make it, right?

actually, you should just create a whole style of music with whole instruments, because if you didnt then you would be using the same things everyone else uses to make music. invent a new machine or software! everyone has an mpc/sp/FL/reason.... you arent original if you use any of those. right?

yo mercury dont get it twisted, ive heard nuff madlib and alchemist orignals and they do just loop and add drums but thats cool im not knocking that.

half of making sample based hip hop is diggin, but for me personally I get more satisfaction when i freak a sample in a different manner.

And i kinda feel that if producers like kayne is getting paid millions the least they could do is freak the sample, but i suppose if shit sounds then thats the end of it.
