sample loop problem

ok check this out, i have a sample i need to loop, but i cant get it to stretch right, i have recycle and sonar but i cant find the right point. now the high hats is constant i coud prolly ride those but i cant figure it out! any help is welcome.

Recycle doesn't really have a stretch tool that's efficient. You are going to want to use another program like Adobe Audition or something else

what sequencer are you using?

i see you use sonar. sometimes the sequencer will have an option to stretch the sample to a grid, not familiar with Sonar though.
