yo aint no way to tell anything unless we hear it.... the idea could have been just the way anyone would have done it ... or it could be that your boys idea to arrange it like that did get jacked... either way there aint no case i dont think.... i had this beat for about 4 years sampled some old psychedelic rocknroll shit... the new madvillain shit had the same exact beat on there... one of our boys sent mfdoom some of my beats a long time ago and all my peeps were runnin around sayin doom stole the shit... i truthfully dont think so... it was a pretty simple beat as far as sampling goes.... the drums were in the sample already so IM SURE MADLIB HAS NO FUCKIN NEED TO STEAL SHIT FROM ME... even if doom heard my beat then past the "idea" along to madlib (which i even doubt that) thats how it goes...

just be happy that u know yall on the right track as far as how your shit is soundin and be careful to send shit out that can be easily remade or jacked

my apologies, he contacted the producers manager (it wasnt kanye that made the remix) and the beat was made in dec, and has been on mixtapes since january. its just one of those cases where two beats sound alot like each other.

yo thats messed up....i've been scared to send my beats out but jin had came out here a little while ago and i gave him a cd wit some samples of my beats. i'm hoping they dont try to play me for mine but i did the copyright thing. and my voice is all over every beat but its not hard for producers to listen to the beats and make your melody, etc. ay yall heard bout that guy that claim he was ghost producing for kanye west and kanye never paid him or som'n like that. this guy is on soundclick check him out....his beats off the hook too. his name on there is "kanye east." read his story and listen to his beats. i don't know if its true or not but they do sound similiar. holla
