Request for sound sample from "On to the next one" - Jay-Z

I would like to make a certain sound from this song my ringtone. It is from Jay-Z's On to the Next One



The sound(s) start at 0:37. Almost like a xylophone. Low, high, low, high, low, high, low, high. With a second or so between each one. Can someone figure out how I can just get this sound? Or a better way to describe it even.

It doesn't really sound like a xylophone. It's more like some sort of atmospheric synth. Try putting tons of reverb to something like a sine wave and make it a loop that goes C5 - G5.

@CodyB You can create sounds like this using synths and then adding effects and/or tweaking the pitch.
