When I'm using ReDrum, most of the time I have channels 1, 2 and 3 all linked out using gate out and gate in on the back of it, and the same with channels 4-6, 7-9, just so that my drums are layered. What I wanna do is keep that layering, but to wire the ReDrum into the mixer so that there are channels 1, 2 and 3 on track 1 of the mixer for my kicks, and so on for my snares/hats. I've tried just coming out of channel 1's audio out into a new mixer channel, but it only plays the kick on channel one, and not the 3 layered kicks. Is there a way around this, so that I can keep my layers and also use a seperate mixer channel for kicks, snares and hats etc.?

u mean have all three or w/e sounds going through one channel in the mixer?
open up that sound combiner. Spider Audio Merger & Splitter.
the left side is the merger. so route all the outs that u wana combine in redrum into the left side (u get 4 ins for the merger). then take the out and route it to your mixer channel.

solve ur problem?

EDIT: if you need more inputs then just create another merger and route the output of one into the input of the other (giving you 7). etc.
