The yankees did not have the red sox right there they wanted them. It was more like we had the yankees right where wen wanted them because until the bottom of the eigth we were winning. An error like keeping in pedro loses you the game. It happened to us again, what can you do. All a Real fan can say is: THERE IS ALWAYS NEXT SEASON!

bad management man...... pedro should have been taken out after 7; the win was already his, and he had an excellent performance at that point. you can always say "next season" but when you are that close.... literally two innings away, next season should have been thrown out the window along with pedros ego (no one wants to be taken out in that situation and i am sure the sox manager wanted to let him g as long as he could) and the manager should have done what was best for the team......
