Recycle + Fruit Slicer

I placed the markers for the sample in Recycle saved it as one sample as that RtX file (don't remember the name) and opened it up in the Fruity Slicer but it comes up with no slices at all. Anybody know what's going on?

idk how it works on fl..but i had the problem in reason one slice just has the hole sample but maybe this will help you..if u look on recycle theres a button that says transmit to one sample
right above the bars and beats..it mite be clicked which means its one sample so if u unclick it ull get ur slices..then again idk about fl but it mite work..i knoe this mite get closed cuz of this comment but can u send me recycle ???

Please excuse the ignorance, but what's a RtX file? Why not save the samples as a wav?

I spelled it wrong, I think it's ReX. It's just a recycle file. I figured it out.

If you export it as a .wav you can't use the markers you placed with Recycle in the Fruity Slicer.

I use acid pro, set my markers and export as a wav and it keeps the markers. Give that program a try it's really good.

I don't wanna spam the forums so I'll just ask my question here since it has to do with the FL Slicer.

I got all my markers I made in Recycle to come up on the Fruity Slicer but the thing is I can't mess with the sample cuz not all my slices are the same length. I've been trying to adjust it but I can't get it to work. Basically I want to use the slices I made without using the automatic chop to get the slices to line up correctly with my drums (1,2,3,4). I can get a photo if I didn't explain it well.

I think you're trying to do something that is not possible.

This is what I'd do.

Load the sample back up in Recycle. Go to where it says view on your recycle tool bar. Make sure grid has a check by it. Go thru and place your chops on the grid lines. When you do this you can get any sample to play at the tempo of your drums or track in general. Doesn't matter what speed the sample is if you place your chops on the grid lines. You may have to adjust the pitch and the time stretch a little but it should sync up to any tempo you put it to. Hope this helps.
