recording software

So im gonna soon. Im gona keep making my beats with Reason 3.0. I have Cubase wich i never realy got into.
MY question is what shoould i use to record vocals and mix with my beats? Pro tools? Cubase?

Also any suggestion on wich soud card i shuold get and how much memory

Whatever you feel most comfortable with... They all do the same shit.

but if you have access to it, I'd say protools.

I use Audition 2.0 and get good reviews on the mixing..

i have adobe audition, i hear its pretty easy to use isint

You all ready have a good recording software program(cubase). Use that. Learn it one thing at a time.

Depending on your budget and how many inputs you need will determine what soundcard you get. But to get you going a M-audio 2496 would do the trick. Great converters on it and it also has analog/digital inputs along wit MIDI.
