Recording in Sonar

Is there a way to get it to record at the time that you want to because with what I'm doin(MIDI), I hit record and it just goes without giving me time to set up and get myself ready on my keyboard so I can play on beat with the drums. I know that in Cubase/Nuendo, it gives you the 4 clicks before it actually starts recording which is enough time for me to set myself. That's what I'm basically trying to do in Sonar but I don't know how. Any help would be cool.

Yeah it should be Options > Project > Metronome tab and it has "Record count-in".
