I'm trying to get a configuration where i can build kits with one redrum machine. I already know how to route the channels to the mixer to monitor their levels. I want to know how to do that and be able to have eq for all of the channels just in case it needs some additional tweaking. Right now i'm just making a redrum for each sound( 1 for a kick, 1 for a snare etc.)

Wtf, dude that shit jus fucking confused the hell outa me.. LOL!

What're you saying? You want to make your own redrum kit, by assigning each sound to a channel then saving it as a redrum patch?

Try This Combinator file i made, this is how i set up my drums. To add effect to a sound just turn up the AUX.

I use nnxt for drums you get more flexibility out of it, plus you get acess right to the filters which make it really good for the hats and layering the drums

For multiple use of indie drum samples in the NN-XT.

You have to assign the drum sample to a key in the piano window INSIDE the NN-XT screen.

Once you load the drum sample Reason auto spreads out the sample in polynotes.

Place the sample on the ROOT KEY you want it on then shrink the scales to that note(Your hi key and low key will display the SAME note as your Root key for the sample).Hit the key or pad and you will have that sample on that key.

Do the same as above for the next sample but move the root key over a half note to the right with each drum you load sample.

Note: keep all your kick, snares, and hats in a organized area along the polynotes.Your work flow will go alot faster if your drums are organized along the keys or pads of your midi controller.

For example: 3 different Kicks followed by 3 Snares and Hats. You can put as many as you want and layer on the same root key you have no limit to how many drum samples you want to load.

IF you can't find the Root key or the hi, lo key knobs >>>You will see the root key knob and lo key and hi key knobs just below the NN-XT inside the NN-XT rack piano window.

To address the initial question: The only way you could assign a parametric to each channel of the redrum before the chain hits the mixer would be to manually route a paramatric to each channel and then from the parametric out - to the appropriate channel on the mixer......I wouldnt bother though - I would just open like 2 parametrics and assign them to the auxilry channels and then apply the EQ to which ever channel you want through the prefader.
