Because he executes exploits by being an artist, producer and CEO of his own record company/productions house. You dont make that much money on being an artist.

tru dat.....i gotta say, Eminem has been more then just a great rapper, but an exceptional business man....he's a really smart and creative guy, and he knows how to run his own shit....he's done it very well to this point

Well, that's one way to look at it. For all I know he could be an utter noob when it comes to business, I mean, who needs knowledge if you have Dre's firm to back it up. I think he'd only had to talk to Dre to set up the LLC and be owner and collect afterwards. Lawyers and accountants do the rest, it's all really ez if you have ... the money.

And as long we accept him entertaining us with his music, he'll get richer, but not as rich as Dre. I certainly know that list isnt correct, there's more to it and there are people not mentioned who make more. You'll just never who.

I THINK US UNDERGROUND ARTIST AND PRODUCERS HAVE A WAY OF NOT REALLY CAREING ABOUT WHOS REALLY TOP OF THE CHARTS UNLESS THEY GIVE US THE DRIVE TO KEEP GOING IN THIS MUSIC BIZZ.

^^^^ Very true, but I'm between both worlds, I also dont have to like the music in order to be succesfull in it if Im talking lucrative business.

Im very true to underground though, it my personal preference, why not have a list with the best underground cats making the least money.

Industry is not about respect, underground is.

thats true...the mainstream industry isnt really about respect....i'm kinda on the mainstream side just because, this is a business and im about making money....i love music, and i appreciate all music, but i still wanna be successful....also, another reason is probably because i got into DJing before i started producing and when i'm playing in clubs, they want mainstream music, so i've been exposed to it and somewhat forced to like it in order to do my job properly....its all good tho

Q magazines lists are always useless. just like Vh1 saying kylie minougue is a "greater" singer than whitney houston. whatever that means. all these lists are ususally far from reality.
