usually when people diss on them they haven't listened to a full album or anything, they're just going by the shit they hear by them on the radio.


Listen to "Because" that song is just dying to be sampled. Or like "Hey Bulldog". Check out some more of their shit, a lot of it is great for discrete sampling, even if you're not into the music.

what i did is use a Sharpie to write all the chords right below and to the right of the black keys. that way you can mentally map your progression findings. i like d, e, f pregression right now
