Pro tools le question... important

I got a lil "dumbass" problem, I'm only working for a short time with protools le.

So lately I was using a function that was really nice :

- You click on the grab function ( that hand)

- Then you click on the wave block, and a window appears where you can define the position of the wave block.




But now I can't find that function ...

I already went through the whole user manual, but I can't find that function anywhere. NEED HELP.
