Pleas HELP ME

I just sold my first beat. What do I need to state in the contract that I will be sending to the artist.Somebody please help me.

Keep all of your rights to that beat man, do everything you can to make this some sort of non-exclusive agreement, release no masters, keep rights to any future publishing were the beat to get used on a hit......basically you need a lawyer or either a contract written up for that purpose to keep as many rights to the beat you want.......not unless i sold a beat to a major label that shells out big dollars I never give the multitrack out unless I go to the session or record it myself and then I make sure they erase the multi before I leave ....haa.....there have been contracts floating around but its best to have a lawyer, I have seen some of these contracts floating around on the net but I had a lawyer look at a couple of them and they are risky because even though they look worded correctly there are holes in some of them......also I have seen artists that will like most of the aspects of your beat but then run around to other producers asking them if they can make or remake your beat a certain way......I hate that...because i have people coming to me with beats from other producers asking me if I can remake the beat......that's the thing about artists sometime is they dont have any scruples whatsoever when they get a beat from you so you should do everything you can to control that track via paper and signatures....
