Pioneer DDJ-S1 Controller. Anyone used one?

My boss wants my advice on what to invest in for a dj solution, he has been told about the Pioneer DDJ series. I really like the look of the DDJ-S1 specifically for Serato Itch, and wondered if anyone had any experience with one, thanks.

The thing is, it takes away the need for turntables, doesnt use cds or vinyl.
Pure mp3, I think its the future of djing personally.
Just wanted to see if anyone had experience with one to share some pros and cons.

I would personally rather use turntables and vinyl, but we also have to consider portability. We are limited for space at the studio too, 2 turntables really have nowhere to go.
He has no background in vinyl either. I will also be using it, and teaching him what I know.
After weighing it all up I think this might be the way to go. We can just go to wherever we are playing and just plug in and go, 1 controller, 1 laptop and thats it.
I was hoping someone had used one and could tell me how it feels.
Im going to go and test it when he buys it and get a feel for it myself.
Also its £900 which is the cost of just one CDJ, and with the price of 1200/1210's going through the roof, I dunno, on the face of it, it seems really worth it.

I have DDJ-T and I combine it with F1 & Maschine ( rewire wit Ableton) when I'm Dj'ing. Pioneer has great sound compared with other turntables. Why you don't try to use Traktor Scratch Pro it's much cheaper and has more fx. I tried most of the DJ softwares and for me was Traktor the best.
