Piano theory help

Can anybody help me with this problem how can i make my piano keys sound like these songs or the theory behind them the game doctors advocate and jim jones twin towers also i know 2pac's my block was a guitar but how did the make it sound so sad this will be much appreciated thanks.

Try minor chords and scales. Honestly you can make those same sad keys in any minor almost. Try diminished chords as well.
