Photo Editing Software

What is a good Program to edit photos on?

I dont know any. I used Photoshop once but i wanted to know if theres any that you could suggest.

Macromedia Fireworks is nice, it's easy to use.

But you can get technical on it too

yeah i use photoshop and paintshop... and paintshop does a lot of the same stuff that photoshop can do and its easier to use...
