PC recording question

i use sony soundforge 7.0 to record live blends i make using flstudio and win media player.

used to work fine...

now for some reason soundforge does not pick up any of the audio playing on the computer...

nothing is muted in the windows volume control

any ideas on how to solve the problem?

try going to volume control options then got to properties then go to recording make sure it is checked then if your running xp the stereo mix should be in the options tick dat then it should work
