panning in FL 7

hi guyz i have noticed since i installed fl7 that when i pann my sounds it never takes effect.anybody experience the same?

never had that problem it really sounds strange.deinstall and install it again and see if its still there.

have you checked other software to ensure that you haven't set something up (outside of FL) incorrectly??

i might try deinstalling fl six cause its still installed.may be its messing up the settings.
if it doesnt work then al holla once more.

ok i need more information to fix this.

where do u do your panning in the sampler channel (where the stepsequencer is) or in the mixerchannel? do u have a fixed pan setting or do u make it via AUTOMATION?

i do my panning on the step sequencer and i think its fixed.i havent tried autamation yet.if you can help i'd be greatful.

Need more info.
Panning hats.
Hard panning.
Panning on the fly.(automation)
If you pan when the record button is on it will
remember the panning later.

do you have an aftermarket sound card, or do you use what came w/ your computer? Also, do you have the stereo separation knob in the mixer on each track and in the Master set to 0 (right click and hit reset)

ok i use the sound card i bought with my computer .and i know its not such a good idea using it and all but am kind of paying for my classes too.
currently am out of country on a seminar may be when i get back all keep in touch OPEN MIND.
