Online Gamers I need HELP!!!!!!

Im trying to get my PS3 online, I have a Linksys Wireless-N Home Router (Model WRT150N). I put all the info I know in and leave the rest at default or just hit enter. When I get to the connection test, it fails to Obtain IP Address and times out.

Any Help or suggestions would be appreciated.

My TV is too far from my router to use a ethernet cable but when it scans it says 100% on the signal.

well for me..im using a router..but theres a setting under the internet tab where u select wireless or wired connection..u obviously choose w.e ur running..since im wireless i hit that and it detected my router so i selected it and all i needed wuz my network key aka the password for my network..after that it worked from there on..yo decalion since u got a router just go wirless the ps3 will detect it

That's all I did too, worked fine for me. The only bitch was when I forgot my PS Network login details and couldn't find a way to get them back, without guessing my password about 20 times.
