ok since i am just starting out i want to get the roland mv-8000 reason2.5 and thats it until i get more experinced so tell me how that sounds is it good or should i just start out with reason the get the roland later?

i think u should just learn reason first man you will take your time cuz its a complex program

Yo u can get both and learn them @ the same time....Both r mad easy to use 1nce u read them manuals....I started with an mpc2000xl and a casio keyboard and 1nce I got the studio I told u about...I learned to use that in less than a mnth....The key is to read ur'e manual dude....there is no way around it.....Reason is a software program that allows u basically to make trax smae as an mpc....Once u get down 1 U have them all.....I rarely ever use the plugins that come w/my gear I only use the plugins w my software....So yeah do both if u got desire then it should not b that hard

I think you'd be better off just getting the MV8000 instead of reason. Its all opinion though. I just prefer hardware instead of computers.
