No one is prefect...

How many of yall have made a fresh beat...then come to realize that it sounds just like a beat that's already out...

lol. i did that once. I recreated that 2Pac and Outlaws song Baby Don't Cry and didn't know it. It was a little bit of difference, but the chords were exactly the same. I didn't find out til a couple of months later when I was listening to the radio. I heard it and I was like, "Dangit, I can't use that beat, that beat is Tupac's."

yeah i did the same w/ for this comp.... I was wrking on a beat and i recreated the Freeway " Flipside" beat...and i love that trk...

damn! homie...."my mind's playin tricks on me..."

I had a period where I subconciously remade Dre beats (or should I say Scott Storch) he had made for Eve, himself etc etc...bugged the hell out of me.

I fell you Cope... that's the worst thing in the world to think you have the next hot banger and then "damn" someone said or you say " Hey! Doesnt that sound like...so and so's beat"...."Fuck" and you delete the whole file.....

lol...i did that clipse song, hot damn, i did it and didnt even realize it until the clones cd came out, cuz on the first version the piano is a lot lower in the mix, and on the remix, the piano is louder so you can hear it, but it was just the same chord progression, nothing major
