New type of thread proposal

You know, every producer got there own style of music. And sometime you're like:hmm I'd like to make a timbaland sounding track or a dre track. Why not make threads like: The Process of a Dre beat. In the thread the person says: a drum like diss, add a hard hitting piano, string, etc. I thought about that because I was listening to a lot of tupac lately and I wanted to make beats that sounded like the beats he used at that time, but I didn't know how. What do you think of that? If you totally find it stupid, that's ok with, it's just a suggestion.

ummmmm that sounds like a topic more than an actual category. if yuo want that, just start a thread asking that question.

also, why are yuo trying to make beats that sound like someone? all yo uhave to do is listen to the beats anyways; take "ambitions of a rider"- dark, simple and catchy piano riff. synth strings thrown in here and there, a crisp-yet-dirty snare that sounds layerd with a traditional synth clap. whats there to explain? it would seem much more effective to LISTEN to and mimmick the bet yuo want to sound like than it is to listen to someone else WHO DIDNT make the track describe how THEY would go about it.
