I'm 13 just started makin' beats usin FL3 Cubase SL Reason 2.5 SoundForge
But I need HOT samples (not vocals) cause FL3 some trash, and if anyone wanna talk or help me or just make beats with me cause I always need someone to help me with beats add

Im not trying to be a mean person.. but all you really need to do is Read.. Read the Manual for Reason.. read what Eq is read what compression is, what quantize does what a 1/16, 1/32/, 1/8 is and does.. because you can make alot of good QUality tracks with Reasons stock sounds alone..

and asfar as someone showing you how to make beats.. noone can really do that.. they can only show you how they make beats.. which wont help you.. you need to get the basics down 1st.. Listen to music you like.. and Pay close Attention to what instruments they use.. then try recreating what you heard.. thats the best way to learn

iight I'll try that thanks, but that's what I meant basically with sharing beats with a friend.
But I also need help with making rolls and shit and making it coordinate with the beat, confusing shit for me.

Also, a good way for members here to get better at making beats is to post in the Showcase section. This will give other members a chance to hear your stuff (even if it's not that good) and give you some feedback and tell you what you should do to improve.

But yeah, read a lot too by checking out lots of our Articles:

And of course searching throughout these forums for lots of tips, there are many questions asked here about the same things, so you should search for those. Plus just ask questions (if you haven't found your answer by searching).

ok, look man, heres the deal.

FL3 isnt trash- you are the problem, not the program.

now, dont tak etaht as an offense, but you are new to this and all, and there are producers on this site that are very good that sue that same product... and they know hwo to use the program.

the program isnt trash, you just arent that good with it yet, which is understandable.

spend time with that program and actually LEARN its ins and outs, there are many resources available for that program. just because you havent quite got the hang of something, dont assume taht its the program that isnt very good.

anyhow, welcome and we are here to help you get better, but you to put i some serious work yourself. peace.

i 2nd that - ive been fuckin wit fl for about 3-4 years now and i still havent learned it all - but what u said was a good idea on learning - try to find somebody on your level or a little above and yall can learn from each other
