the 7 days thing is kinda simple...in the movie there is another movie on a VHS tape that gets passed around. If you watch it, your phone will ring at the end and someone on the other end wil tell you that you have 7 days to live....and on the 7th day, poof you die.........lame shortened version of it...hope this helps clear a few things up
