Hello, I'm Beezer. I am a fledgling emcee from the Great Northwest. Along with my friend Hazmat, we form the group Pr0dukt. Although I have programs for making beats, I am not very good at it. We are looking for anybody interested in making beats for us, and helping us with production tips and tricks. Right now we use beats that others have made, and Cool Edit Pro to record with. Please follow my sig and peep our music. If you are so inclined, please give me some feedback. Neg or Pos, I can take criticism. If you like and you make beats and are interested, pm me and we can get down. Thanks for your time all.

Feedback?

Has anybody on here checked any of my soundclick joints yet? I know I need to work on my vocals, my mic is pretty crappy, I'm gonna get a new one, but recently I was told that the beats we choose to work with don't sound good with our voices....Can any of you producers possibly expand on this comment for me?

beezer, welcome to heaven!
i have checked your page, and here is my review:

1. Lockdown - i like the sitars. the whole beat is not bad at all. your flow is good, and so are the lyrics. i must admit that the mix is muddy, and i could immediately diagnose that you're using a VERY CHEAP MICROPHONE.

2. Verbose Reality - not feeling the beat, sorry... the rappin' is decent, pretty good verses.

3. Mad Originality - raw mid-90's ish. the vocals are WAY TOO LOUD, causing the beat to be hardly heard. the beat ain't bad though. simple yet quite effective.

the vocals on each track are well layered, and overall i'd just recommend to use a better microphone + rap over better beats.

Yours With Blessings,
Wings

"but recently I was told that the beats we choose to work with don't sound good with our voices....Can any of you producers possibly expand on this comment for me?". i'll try to explain (after hearing all your tracks): the beats you tend to use are way too simple. that's factor number one. factor number two - the beats on the soundclick page weren't mixed properly. plus, they were barely heard, due to the LOUD vocals. you should try to use more beats like "Mad Originality". that beat was pretty good. a beat such as "Lockdown", while not being bad at all, is not suitable for your style, nor does it fit your vocal characters.
i hope my explanation is clear.

Yours Truly,
Wings
