Need Help Deciding!

Ok fam i have a very important issue on hand. i won $900 in gambling today and i was debating on what type of equipment i should get. i have two scenario's.

SCENARIO 1...I get...E-MU 1212M soundcard
KrK Rokit monitor Speakers (dont know which one's yet)
and probably a new turntable

SCENARIO 2...I get...
An mpc 1000 with expanded memory


Or maybe something else.

im currently using mostly software right now and a turntable. everything is pretty much common shit like FL3, Cool Edit, and Vinyl.

Get the soundcard and the monitors, you already have a software sampler and sequencer, so get that first and then get the mpc 1000, im looking to get that emu 1212m as well.

Have u checked out the akai mpd-16? u can probs pick it up on ebay somewheres for fairly cheap and throw it in with the first load of stuff to give you that 'hardware' interface when composing your beats and then see if you really want to go all the way later. Check it out man:

i had that before Evil and i wasnt really feelin' it. It doesnt give that "snap" that the MPC's give. it might just be me though. but i think ill be getting option 1. maybe
