Yo you might want to try ballstreams.com. It's cheaper and there's no blackouts. I signed up for it and watched some of the preseason, the quality was great.

None really. They have live or DVR. You can choose different locations to stream from, plus if the game has 2 local commentaries, just like league pass. It doesn't have the same layout as league pass, but that's no big deal. The big selling point for me was the no blackouts because with league pass there were times where I couldn't watch half the games!
