What's up my IllMuzik Fam! Hope everyone is well, It's been a while since i was last here. As a few of you know, I've been working on my solo production albumfor months, and well, Im finally finished!

Now here's my industry question:
Promotion. Lots of it.
So far, I've just been hustling trying to build connecs, i got my local record shop, which is going to put it on consignment for me....a friend of mine works for fox, and he's currently shopping around so i can get like a thousand stickers or sumthin..
so basically, my local hip hop community will hear my shit.
Then there's web promotion, i gotta give Fade some $$ to put a banner up on his site, and i should do that with a few sites right?
anyways, thats pretty much what i got lined up so far, but I could really use some more suggestions, and if anyone could help me in ANY way, it will be noted, appreciated, and respected by myself and all the other artists affiliated with YourAverageCrew.com.

If anyone could help making an animated gif for a banner for promotion, or anything else, it would be illness.

2. get involved on hip hop message boards and let people know what you have going on.
3. get together press kits to send to magazines, dj's, college radio, and websites. get some reviews and interviews going
4. get on msn messenger and put your website as your screen name. put as many people on your buddy list as possible and sign in multiple times a week. (your site's name will pop up on their screen)
5. go to other artists guestbooks and sign it and tell them to caome check you out
6. hit up all the message boards on soundclick(very time consuming and may not be worth it)
7. get out and do some shows. spin your own shit st parties and anywhere they'll let you.
