Hey guys,
I'm wondering if anyone knows a good way to mute a small section of a pattern, and then have it come back in. For example, if I have my snare loop, let's say it's a 4 bar loop, is there anyway to just mute one beat of that loop without creating a whole new pattern?

I would just create a new pattern without the parts you want to take out, it's the easiest way to do what you want in FL... just clone the pattern (ctrl+shift+c on the playlist) and then delete the notes you don't want, simple...
but you could also create an automation clip for the mute/solo (little green dot next to the channel)... just right-click on the mute/solo of the track and select "create automation clip"... in an automation clip for something like this, any value above 50% means ON and below 50%... you get it...

hope this helps

Thanks man. I figured the easiest way would be to just create a new pattern, but I wanted something quicker and more intuitive.
