I'm in total agreement with Misscc803. You will want one with the 8 outputs on it! Believe me, when you go into the studio, you will want those 8 outputs when droping your drum tracks and samples. You don't want to have 16 different drum & samples going into protools (or whatever you/the studio uses to record) and only having the two outputs to run your sounds through. That's a lot of passes during studio time which could easily turn an hour session (just talking music tracks here) into an needless 2 or 2 1/2 hour session. You can have the sickest sampler and keyboard but if you don't have the maximum amount of outputs on them, all your work will be a big pain in the but because it took so long to record all the sounds you used in your "banger". Also, you're gonna need that SCSI option too! So you can hook up a CD Rom Drive and Zip drive. If you can find an MPC with the 8 Output expander, SCSI and a ZIP Drive in it...Go for that!!!!!! The memory expansion issue is something you can install later after you get the MPC.
