This product contains skinless necks, breast frames, and/or backs. Its fat content is 20% and lower, with a 19% average. Its moisture content is 63.5%, with a 2% plus/minus variance.

The raw materials are deboned, blended then chilled to 28-36 degrees Fahrenheit, boxed, palletized and transferred to a 40 degree Fahrenheit blast cell. Once the product is removed from the blast cell, the product is stored at -10 degrees until shipment.


it's really no different than what they do to dark meat due to the western worlds weird aversion to it aesthetically and it's inability to be shaped like white meat by fast food joints. they do a process and voila, you don't know you're eating dark meat. here, voila, 20% is in your hot dog and possibly your mcnugget and shit. of course, this has been more regulated due to the whole mad cow tragedy in england when brain and spine were in it too.

who says they don't use every last bit of the animals we eat?
