Man, i fuckin hate math yall... I got one test left so i can get my g.e.d. and of course it's the math test... I have always had a short attention span with this shit and im sure i aint the only one... Just weanted to know how yall stay focused tryin to do shit you fuckin absolutley hate.. u feel me? I'm tryin to study the shit everynight but i just can't even look at it, i hate it too much... Had to vent that out somewhere..

maths maths maths, for me its only fun when i find out how to solve a particular problem. otherwise on my way to understanding a question, its just painstaking annoying work. i dont much of it at home, i usually stay in school and do it there as the teachers are available to help. what kinda maths you guys doing, what topics are you on?

im in engineering so you gotta learn to like math other wise youre screwed

but ex theres a lot of shit i hate so what i do is do a little at a time and not go for 5 hours straight
i mean realistically thats prob not the case when the test is in a few days and you gotta cram which always happens during finals but do a few problems start with the easy ones once you get those you ll feel like doing more and it ll build from there

if you got specific math questions let me know i ll see what i can do i m good at that shit but otherwise goodluck man

I mean i can do math fine, i just dislike it.. But, yea afique's got a point cause it's like when i understand it more it's cool.. But, it's foul doin the shit on your own time... I got a tutoring session today and i was supposed to do some problems but i hate doin it on my kikin it time, u feel me? I gotta do it though, and i will because i'm goin to college once i get my g.e.d. for business... And i know buisiness may take some basic math skills.. When I was in high school I had problems with math also. Because I didn’t have anything to apply it to. We were just learing math to learn it.

Fast forward 5 years
Now that im in grad school, I enjoy math. I have a context to use it in. I used discrete mathematics to write memory efficient code, and data structures (which are structure algorithms) to assign memory space in cpu’s

I’m not trying to toot my own horn but the point is this. Try to apply your math to something. MIDI is mathematics(MIDI is written in good ol C) see if u can incorporate that in some of your practice problems. Its all about applying it to a real world context.

If this doesn’t work then u just gotta suck it up dude cause u need your G.E.D.

yo i feel ya ex i hate math now i got to take unified geomtry but i heard that was pretty easy, but whats a real bitch is calculus i have to take that my senoir year of high school and i don't want to. and i also have to take is phisilogy in science i don't think i spelled it right but hope you understand it. but i think i got ADD cuz i got an attention span of like 5 seconds i could be listening to the teacher and the next thing you know i am doing this tight as beat on the desk, most of the time i got to stand up in class cuz i beat on the desk so much but that don't stop me i steal beat box lol

but what i do is suck it up and say it will all be over with soon ya feel me dog.
