Making Drum-Kits from Drum-Breaks? And selling them how?

I'm thinking about sampling my own drums from breaks and open hits on records.
But i only want to start doing this if i make some money from it cause it isn't necessary to sample breaks now anymore.
But it does give you a more Original sound.

That's the best place to start, with drum breaks. Chop them up but layer them as well with other drum sounds so at least they sound unique.

If you really want to dive into it, sound design is a whole world to explore. There's some guys on here (I can't remember off the top who), that do it.

The thing is, it's about being unique enough because there's tons of drum kits out there, lots of free as well. So that's what you're competing with.

It's a lot of work. But if I could get money from it. Would be cool.
