I think there is a little too much going on at once, its not all working together very well. As a result lots of things are being pushed into the background and you cant make them out. I say this as somebody that usually has too much going on myself.
That drum loop could be mixed a bit better, the drums are getting a bit lost behind everything else.
Stick with what you are doing, it may take a little while but eventually you will get everything working together on your tracks.
More so when you can compose over stuff and keep things working together.
Also, put some reverb on the first female vocal so it fits better with the other effected vox.
