Its been a while since the time I really worked on music. I use to track and mix beats in FL Studio then export the beat as a wav. file and use it in Cakewalk home studio, Sonar, or Audition to record over. Now Im looking to track the beat in FL Studio but do my mixing in Audition to allow the vocals to be mixed in at the same time and just have more control over the mixing of my tracks. I was wondering if this is the way I plan to do it would it be smart to just do all my compression, panning, eq, reverb, ect. in Audition and just make the beat in FL Studio? (hope that made sense)
