You can take Nas' narration in Belly, but speed it up a tad bit becuz that dude speaks maaad slow, that talks about growth, change, etc.

But the ill shit is from the old 50's and 60's westerns, try and take some shit from an unrelated source and flip it, that's the illese part about sampling you can use anything.
