In a article i read he said He straight works with Fruity loops and a turntable and cool edit for editing and thats it.
Their lyrics andd flow are nice but the beat are not my style but still bangin

yea 9th Wonder is aight, I wouldnt say he is sick...but Im really impressed by what he accomplishes using only Fruity Loops and Cool Edit (lol look at his setup) it seems very unorthodox for a producer who produced a 4 mic album in the source

Yeah i agree with prosper i totally respect what he has accomplished with fruity loops, but hes not sick nor would i ever compare him to tribe or blackstar or kanye :wave2:

A lot of people just jock 9th wonder cause he uses fruity loops. Hes like their fruity loops god and he gives those cats a lot of hope. the remixes he did with Nas was horrible, i haven't meet one person down here that liked it. The little brother album was not bad but you can totally tell those are fruity loop beats. Is that a good thing or a bad thing? i dunno the album sounded to stale and boring. I felt like i was falling asleep the whole time.

You want to listen to a dope album go pick up the obie trice, dmx - grand champ, and the new outkast. Thats real music that wont bore you to sleep.

I dont know how you can tell those are fruity loops beats. I think you can only tell because you know thats what he uses. To say you can tell is ridiculous because he's sampling not using the presets in fruity loops. The Godstep son was pretty weak though. Some of the tracks were off beat with the lyrics.

I listened to the album ... the title track is banging ... otherwise , it don't think 9th wonder's work is really impressive. The sample choice is not that good and all the tracks sound the same. However you really can't tell he used a "cheap" piece of software... I mean the drums are well programmed and everything is well put together. 9th proved that you can be a software user and still be taken seriously.

i really dont see what the big deal is about 9th wonder. he doesnt do anything i havent heard b4. I mean he only seems to have that one style of drum programming, and all his tracks do sound the same. i listened to the nas remixes, and i just wasnt impressed
