I dont know but his case is weak, cats get ruffed off by cops all the time unfortunately and with the pandamonium there the cops have no clue who is who.......what kind of monetary damages would he claim unless he was actually injured......but he would probably get something....millions I don't know if that would be the case I aint a lawyer but sometimes these things aren't even worth the trouble unless you just doing it for principle.....it won't stop some cops acting like thugs though.....I have seen worse in person and the people just got hauled off to jail or ruffed up.......now the part where he said they held a gun to his head that is pretty interesting.
