Well I know as far as bit torrents go, ISP providers aren't stopping you from downloading but some of them have capped your upload rate to it isn't as easy to P2P share files now.

And 2 of my buddies have been flagged by Cox for downloading certain titles like Spiderman. So now they are scared to download stuff.

The only thing I really download now is free mixtapes and old records for loop material.

Theirs a lot of blogs that offer Rapidshare links to full albums new and old....I wonder if your suspect even if u download shit from them, i would imagine your only in the limelight if your the one hosting the links?
