Well your definately not "Selling" it if your giving the option to donate...
I dont know what they would do about uncleared samples and stuff , but I think your in the clear.

well technically, by "donating" your remixes, you're sharing music containing copyrighted material, and that's obviously illegal...but really unless you're a big name producer, I wouldn't worry too much about it ....

No ones coming after you to sue unless your moving over like 10,000 copies
and makaing a nice chunk of profit from them ... Uncleared anything or not.
Theres no money for them to make in attacking small timers ... Theres always
bigger fish to fry and they wait till they see your numbers ... If you moving alot
to where they see a BIG PROFIT then they will most likely hit you with a seize and
desist order and if you refuse then they will most likely try and take you to court.

Just like mixtapes are illegal (Uncleared everything) but the only DJ's that
get attacked (I.E. Drama & Don Cannon recently) are the ones that are
obviously making a HUGE PROFIT and it's clearly visible that they are.

it's still illegal because of your use of copyrighted samples, vocals etc but like people have already said the people that would care about this fact are unlikely to hear it unless it gets really big !
of course the other problem is 90% of people will just download it and not donate lol
