legal poroblems over threats on albums

on the project im currently working on my boy says sumthin along the lines that hes gunna smash a bottle off the presidents head and force his twin sister to strip and my cousin makes a few verbal threats to some local kids too, can we get fucked over for this

The 1998 Human Rights Act states According to Article 10, "every person is entitled to speak freely and to receive and impart information."
So you should be OK. Mind you America have some crappy ass terrorism laws which blatently contravene the Human Rights Act (see Guantanamo Bay). You should be OK but don't count on the government to do anything for you

yeah for the most part its something I would stay away from, especially with that patriot act, its all in the interpretation of how they take what you said but not how you really meant it......use eminem as an example....it caused him great headaches and legal pressure....best advice stay away from personal attacks on recorded songs it could come back to bite and like Guevara said ni99aZ is emotional, no telling how someone might take what you say out of context.
