Lazy Azz Bosses

Just wondering if I am the only one in here with a Lazy Azz Boss. This cat will get here after me and then leave before me while leaving a shitload of work for me to accomplish so he can go on a date with his girlfriend. To add to that he then goes to the main boss and takes credit for shyt like he is the only reason that everything runs smooth....WTF......So all of yall with a Lazy Ass Boss Stand up and share my frustration

P.S. I am starting this thread as i am once again at work long after my boss doing shyt so excuse me if i seem a little pissed.

Its all about who you know, who you get along with etc. You need to start trying to get to know your main boss, get friendly with him. dont kiss his ass thats wack just get to know him and let them get to know you as how you really are. You dont have to squeel on the other boss just yet, just find out if other people have noticed the same thing first. To me it sounds like this guy is going to fall on his ass by himself the way hes going, the main boss might already have noticed or catch on quicker than youthink man, just keep doing your thing like you are supposed to, even if this dude fucks with you, and when you are done, try and get the credit for your work without being negative about the other guy, that doesnt come across too well.But most importantly, like i said, just do your thing like you are supposed to, then that way noone CAN EVER say you are doing something wrong or not doing your work or whatever. i got a lazy ass boss.................just walks around the building acting like he controls everything but he dont do sh!t and they always claim to be busy coz thats what their job is..........to chat allot of crap.......

Not just lazy. What about bosses that don't know shit? I work in the technology field and my boss don't know a CD drive from a floppy drive and he gets paid like $30K more than me. And I'm the lead technician. pisses me off.

U hit it on the nose my friend....pretty much everybody execept the main boss has noticed this guys inability to do work....So eventually he will fall on his ass,but i its hard not to fall with him since are duties are so closely connected.........I am in real good with alot of the higher ups though and they know I do my work so hopefully that will keep me clean......Time will tell though
