It appears that Reid is better at being a musician than he is at recognizing talent. I think peaking in the 90's isn't that bad for a debut album but I'm sure they wanted it to hit higher. I think this is simply a matter of Reid not seeing the potential TI had and it led to TI moving on and Reid eventually getting fired.

I just found it wild how connected to so many stalls and push backs and artists bailing out.
