I would like a keyboard that is can be used as midi, that I can load sounds onto, and that can sample. Price isn't a major issue (nothing over 1,000) is it possible?

what exactly do you mean load sounds into? As in, something other than sampling or did you mean buying roms.

You want a ASR 10 or EPS type keyboard. Or a Yamaha Motif or Roland Fantom type keyboard. Do you need sounds or a keyboard that u jus load up or sample your own sounds into? I know my mans above said the same thing sort of but these are questions we need to know.

well preferably one that has stock sounds but that i can also load my own sound into (via floppy,etc) And also one that can sasmple.

What is the differance between the ASR and EPS type versus the Motif and Fantom.

a regular Motif 6 on ebay should run u around $800 to $1000. look into that. the difference? around 10 yrs..lol.... the Motif and Fantom have everything u asked for, but only the Motif will be under $1,000. i would be shocked if u found a Fantom for that price, but anything's possible. people need to pay they rent, u know? baby needs diapers...lol

Check out da Fantom Xa u can load sounds via USB and plus it has onboad sounds. But if u can get a Fantom S-61 i recommend that.
